To ensure I stay in the best condition possible, I would recommend washing me by  hand. However, if you do choose to put me in the washing machine, wash me inside-out and use a gentle cycle at a low temperature (30c or below). Do not tumble dry me.

If you need to iron or steam me, turn me inside-out first, and use the lowest temperature available.
